In this role, you will empower clinicians by guiding them through onboarding and providing ongoing support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing the use of Tandem's platform, managing clinical incidents, and collaborating with various teams to enhance healthcare delivery.

Anforderungen

• •Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• •Some experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments
• •Passion for technology and AI
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Native in German and fluent in English
• •Strong organisational skills and process-driven mindset
• •Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• •Willingness to work flexibly and travel as needed
• •Familiarity with prompting and large language models
• •Experience working in a healthtech or SaaS company
• •Exposure to regulatory standards in DACH or EU
• •Experience running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts

Aufgaben

• •Guide clinicians through onboarding and training
• •Provide day-to-day support via tools like Intercom
• •Ensure clinicians maximize their use of Tandem
• •Solve problems and gather feedback for improvement
• •Build templates and prompts for the AI assistant
• •Contribute to the ongoing refinement of AI features
• •Run live product demos for prospective clients
• •Support commercial efforts and initiatives
• •Log and manage clinical safety incidents
• •Optimize internal operations for safe scaling
• •Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams
• •Ensure smooth rollout and workflow integration
• •Represent Tandem at conferences and workshops
• •Share the company's vision with clinicians and stakeholders
