Anforderungen
- Native German speaker
- Willingness to work on-site in Munich
- Customer-facing, consultative experience (2+ years) in startup or fast-paced environments
- Practical exposure to GenAI
- Strong communicator translating GenAI concepts to business value
- Ability to own customer adoption and success outcomes
- Comfortable collaborating with Product
- Prior experience enabling German enterprises on SaaS/AI/data products
- Designed or ran enablement programs, onboarding playbooks, or change-management initiatives
- Familiar with GenAI adoption topics
- Bachelor or Master from Munich based Universities
Aufgaben
- Coach customers on GenAI platform usage
- Enable customer teams with GenAI
- Run GenAI workshops and training
- Conduct GenAI best-practice clinics
- Plan customer onboarding programs
- Execute structured onboarding programs
- Align stakeholders during onboarding
- Prioritize GenAI use cases
- Define success criteria with customers
- Set milestones with customers
- Define value KPIs with customers
- Track customer adoption and outcomes
- Ensure business impact for customers
- Support customer internal adoption
- Develop customer adoption communications
- Create customer training materials
- Implement customer champion programs
- Identify GenAI expansion opportunities
- Discover new GenAI use cases
- Scale GenAI usage across departments
- Capture customer needs and pain points
- Gather customer feature requests
- Relay customer feedback to Product
- Produce customer-facing enablement materials
- Create customer guides and playbooks
- Develop customer FAQs
- Prepare workshop decks for customers
- Collaborate with Sales teams
- Collaborate with Product teams
- Collaborate with Marketing teams
- Collaborate with global tech teams
- Represent GenAI platform in forums
- Present at customer webinars
- Speak at industry events
