- Strong leadership and project management skills, ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfort with digital engagement tools and modern medical communication channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic engagement with medical societies and alliances
- Drive co-creation initiatives to advance GSK’s priorities
- Contribute to therapeutic area medical teams
- Collaborate across the organization to shape GSK’s presence
- Report to the Medical Head Specialty Care Germany
- Conduct environmental assessments of German medical trends
- Identify high-impact partnerships aligned with GSK’s goals
- Develop strategic collaboration frameworks with key stakeholders
- Lead KOL, DOL, and academic consortia collaborations
- Generate scientific insights and real-world evidence
- Strengthen medical relationships with professional societies
- Develop robust engagement strategies and plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams for unified engagement
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams
- Act as the strategic connector for internal coordination
- Initiate and lead large-scale, innovative projects
- Coordinate strategic alliances and co-creation workshops
- Oversee compliance and governance for external collaborations
- Optimize reporting processes and reduce operational complexity
