Anforderungen

• •Minimum seven years professional experience in Corporate Communications or Media Relations
• •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• •Ability to influence and work with senior management
• •Excellent teamwork skills and high integrity
• •Strong listening skills and trust-building ability
• •Resilience in high-pressure environments
• •Proficient German and English communication skills
• •Experience in social media or healthcare industry (plus)

• •Serve as the official media spokesperson for the Roche Group
• •Shape media narratives on strategic and reputational topics
• •Coordinate news flow across internal communication departments
• •Manage issues proactively through networking and media monitoring
• •Provide media briefings and training for executive leadership
• •Cultivate relationships with international and financial journalists
• •Implement communication strategies according to corporate guidelines
• •Support the evolution of the company's digital presence
