Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in political science, history, or international relations
• •Public affairs and/or communications experience
• •Experience in the healthcare industry
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Comfortable working in a matrixed and multicultural environment
• •5+ years of experience in policy, public affairs, or communications
• •Demonstrated strategic thinking
• •Ability to create and implement communication strategies
• •Ability to prioritise a high workload
• •Adaptability to changing requirements
• •Business acumen
• •Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills
• •Strong influencing and networking skills
• •Ability to build collaborative relationships
• •Team player
• •Excellent English and German writing and verbal communication skills
• •French language skills are an advantage
• •Ability to travel up to 20% of working time

Aufgaben

• •Design and deliver integrated communication strategies
• •Support public advocacy for Roche’s policy goals
• •Engage in digital communications and thought leadership activities
• •Collaborate with Swiss External Affairs and Communications teams
• •Develop external messaging on key policy topics
• •Monitor issues related to key policy topics
• •Ensure communication preparedness across policy areas
• •Provide strategic counsel on policy strategies and execution
