Aufgaben
- Shape, strengthen, and protect the company's external reputation
- Manage proactive media relations
- Handle professional issues and crisis management
- Develop and implement media strategies for corporate, financial, strategic, and transformation topics
- Manage media relations for corporate, strategic, financial, and business topics
- Manage communications for financial results, acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate developments
- Coordinate with Investor Relations on financial communications
- Build and maintain relationships with business, financial, trade, and industry media
- Identify opportunities to strengthen company visibility and positioning
- Prepare press releases, statements, and key messages
- Prepare Q&As and briefing documents for spokespersons
- Develop and embed corporate messages and strategic narratives
- Ensure consistent external communication across activities and stakeholders
- Position Top Management and spokespersons through interviews and media appearances
- Facilitate strategic thought-leadership activities for spokespersons
- Develop and maintain crisis communication frameworks, guidelines, and processes
- Manage communications for sensitive corporate issues and reputational risks
- Prepare holding statements, media responses, and crisis messaging
- Advise executives and experts on communication risks and media engagement
- Advise executives and experts on messaging and external positioning
- Monitor media coverage and reputation trends
- Monitor emerging issues and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure aligned external positioning with the second Media Relations Manager
- Provide mutual support and cover to the second Media Relations Manager
