- Design complex mechanical and electromechanical system components
- Develop battery housings and mounting mechanisms
- Create display housings and remote control components
- Brainstorm innovative solutions designed for manufacturing
- Collaborate with industrial design and project management teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturing plants
- Manage projects from initial concept through production
- Execute rapid prototyping and 3D modeling
- Produce 2D drawings and structural calculations
- Oversee sample fabrication and validation processes
- Contribute to continuous system and process improvements
