Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering mechanical designs for complex systems or capital equipment, ideally in semiconductor or highly regulated environments
- Strong proficiency with CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems, familiarity with Autodesk Vault advantageous
- Deep understanding of BOM structures, change control, and mechanical documentation
- Deep understanding of tolerance stacking for high precision assemblies
- Leadership experience guiding engineering teams, fostering collaboration, ensuring project success
- Structured, delivery-focused working style, balancing technical quality and speed
- Experience in development of semiconductor process tools, vacuum technology or optical assemblies advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills for shared understanding and team cohesion
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems creatively

- Design complete 3D CAD system models

- Create 2D manufacturing drawings
- Create 2D system drawings
- Maintain 2D manufacturing drawings
