- Partner with cross-functional teams for new equipment
- Contribute to user requirements and project milestones
- Prepare manufacturing areas for operations
- Update documentation and ensure equipment readiness
- Perform standard checks before batch activities
- Train colleagues on new processes and safety practices
- Foster a culture of learning and team development
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with experts
- Implement effective operational improvements
- Use continuous-improvement tools to enhance efficiency
- Represent manufacturing during audits and transfers
- Support early production campaigns with new technologies
