Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Electrical or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environment (medical device/pharma preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in master data management (SAP/MES environment)
- Familiarity with MPI/MPD, NC/CAPA processes, and pFMEA (risk management)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification or proven experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) and/or MES systems is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus

- Manage manufacturing master data in SAP and MES
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support and improve MES processes
- Contribute to digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Create and update MPI and MPD
- Ensure standardized and controlled production processes
- Contribute to PRM activities
- Develop and update pFMEA
- Implement risk mitigation actions
- Manage Non-Conformances and CAPA
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Implement corrective measures
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Perform engineering studies
- Optimize manufacturing processes
- Conduct process flow analysis
- Perform time studies
- Evaluate capacity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Focus on quality, productivity, and cost reduction
- Use Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Provide daily engineering support for production
- Troubleshoot process and data issues
- Support process validation activities
- Ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes
- Support new product introduction
- Handle process transfers
- Set up systems and data
- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Adhere to GMP, GDP, and regulations
- Comply with ISO 13485 and FDA standards
