Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, economics, international relations, or similar
- Professional experience in private sector, development cooperation, or private sector partnerships
- Deep and demonstrated experience in philanthropy sector, foundations, or corporate resource mobilization
- Experience in prospect and partner engagement strategy development, preference for UHNWI and Foundation engagement
- Experience in grant design, technical project design, and fund deployment in LMIC
- Demonstrated capacity to raise $10s-100s millions from private sector sources
- Experience in analytics and research
- Deep understanding of development issues and development cooperation
- Experience in global health, global health project design, preference for HIV, TB, Malaria, and Health systems
- Exposure to working with developing countries
- Working in or exposure to related fields, leading to basic understanding of global health issues and three diseases
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good working knowledge of French (preferred)
- Knowledge of other languages (asset)

Aufgaben
- Contribute to the development and updating of the private sector resource mobilization strategy
- Lead the development of workplans for the assigned portfolio
- Define ambitious, achievable targets for resource mobilization for the team
- Track and report financial contributions and deliverables
- Provide updates to department leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cultivation, engagement, and resource mobilization efforts with HNWIs, foundations, and companies
- Identify synergies and strategies to support public donors' resource mobilization efforts
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities and innovative resource mobilization models
- Contribute to the development of communication and advocacy strategies for private sector RM
- Ensure the implementation of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for private sector partners
- Identify potential private sector partners for catalytic investment priorities
- Develop relevant strategic fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate design processes with engaged prospects and internal stakeholders
- Develop large-scale opportunities for RM aligned with Global Fund policy and strategy
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of partnerships
- Minimize Global Fund transaction costs and maximize impact
- Build and nurture Global Fund’s relationship with private sector prospects and partners
- Ensure high-quality relationship management of existing partnerships
- Track and support the implementation of donor funding
- Develop and implement reporting and communication plans for partners
- Engage private sector champions and partners in Global Fund replenishment efforts
- Identify opportunities for leveraging private sector involvement
- Represent the Global Fund at high-level meetings, conferences, and events
- Support and accompany leadership in meetings and events
- Lead a team of approximately 4 staff members and external consultants
- Dynamically align assigned staff resources to meet targets
