Aufgaben

  • Contribute to the development and updating of the private sector resource mobilization strategy
  • Lead the development of workplans for the assigned portfolio
  • Define ambitious, achievable targets for resource mobilization for the team
  • Track and report financial contributions and deliverables
  • Provide updates to department leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead cultivation, engagement, and resource mobilization efforts with HNWIs, foundations, and companies
  • Identify synergies and strategies to support public donors' resource mobilization efforts
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities and innovative resource mobilization models
  • Contribute to the development of communication and advocacy strategies for private sector RM
  • Ensure the implementation of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for private sector partners
  • Identify potential private sector partners for catalytic investment priorities
  • Develop relevant strategic fundraising initiatives
  • Coordinate design processes with engaged prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Develop large-scale opportunities for RM aligned with Global Fund policy and strategy
  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of partnerships
  • Minimize Global Fund transaction costs and maximize impact
  • Build and nurture Global Fund’s relationship with private sector prospects and partners
  • Ensure high-quality relationship management of existing partnerships
  • Track and support the implementation of donor funding
  • Develop and implement reporting and communication plans for partners
  • Engage private sector champions and partners in Global Fund replenishment efforts
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging private sector involvement
  • Represent the Global Fund at high-level meetings, conferences, and events
  • Support and accompany leadership in meetings and events
  • Lead a team of approximately 4 staff members and external consultants
  • Dynamically align assigned staff resources to meet targets
