- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable field
- Solid professional and leadership experience, ideally within life sciences industry
- Proven end-to-end Supply Chain Management experience
- Demonstrated success in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong capability to identify supply chain risks and implement countermeasures
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and senior leaders with clear, persuasive communication
- Strong analytical skills with structured, goal-oriented mindset
- Flexibility, resilience, and proactive approach in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Confident handling of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and modern planning tools
- Business-fluent German and English skills, oral and written
Aufgaben
- Lead the S&OP process for stable OTIF performance
- Translate demand signals into production and supply plans
- Manage rolling supply volume planning (4-24 months)
- Drive continuous improvement and process development
- Identify and mitigate global supply network risks
- Develop scenarios for management decision-making
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs
- Lead a globally distributed team
- Develop individual team members
- Shape planning landscape with ERP, Celonis, and Tableau
