Aufgaben
- Drive design and development of downscale chromatography systems
- Lead a high-performing process engineering team
- Collaborate with chromatography, automation, hardware, software, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing
- Own the process engineering lifecycle from requirements to continuous improvement
- Define process parameters and system strategies for lab-scale operations
- Ensure downscale models predict pilot and manufacturing-scale performance
- Act as primary interface between process engineering, automation/control, and scale-up teams
- Align downscale system designs with full-scale requirements
- Participate in design reviews and risk assessments
- Prepare system specifications, SOPs, and test plans
- Support validation activities and comparability protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve downscale modeling accuracy and efficiency
- Implement best practices in process characterization and data analysis
