- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and research contracts
- Negotiate confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, and supply agreements
- Negotiate research collaboration agreements and license agreements
- Provide legal guidance on commercial, operational, and technology matters
- Balance legal risk with business objectives
- Collaborate with IP, R&D, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams
- Support innovation projects, strategic collaborations, and technology commercialization
- Support the implementation of AI tools for the legal function
- Contribute to the development and refinement of contract templates
- Update standard agreements to reflect industry standards
