Aufgaben
- Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of distribution, supply, and commercialization agreements
- Structure commercial arrangements for orphan drug distribution
- Advise commercial leadership on territory design, appointment strategy, channel management, and governance
- Negotiate amendments, renewals, territory expansions, and performance-related contractual matters
- Develop template agreements and playbooks for distributor onboarding
- Serve as primary legal advisor for distributor relationships
- Participate in Joint Steering Committees, governance meetings, and executive business reviews
- Advise on contractual performance, KPIs, forecasting obligations, and dispute resolution
- Partner with Commercial leadership to address distributor operational issues
- Manage contract interpretation and legal questions from commercial operations
- Provide legal advice on product launch readiness
- Provide legal advice on commercialization strategy
- Provide legal advice on distribution logistics
- Provide legal advice on product shortages and allocation
- Provide legal advice on returns and recalls
- Provide legal advice on product complaints
- Provide legal advice on pharmacovigilance interfaces
- Provide legal advice on promotional review
- Provide legal advice on Medical Information interactions
- Provide legal advice on sample programs
- Provide legal advice on government tenders
- Provide legal advice on pricing-related contractual provisions
- Provide legal advice on market access support
- Provide legal advice on commercial policy implementation
- Ensure commercial activities comply with anti-corruption, competition, sanctions, trade, and healthcare laws
- Advise on interactions with healthcare professionals, organizations, and government purchasers
- Support implementation of compliance controls for distributor oversight
- Assist with internal investigations relating to commercial activities
- Escalate material legal risks and develop business solutions
- Manage a portfolio of complex international commercial agreements
- Develop standard operating procedures for contract governance
- Maintain contract lifecycle tracking, key obligations, and renewal calendars
- Coordinate outside counsel for local law advice
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies
- Complete negotiation of distributor agreements for European launch
- Establish scalable commercial contracting templates and negotiation playbooks
- Build trusted advisor relationships with International Commercial leadership
- Implement governance processes for distributor contract management
- Support launch activities across assigned markets
- Develop legal processes for international commercialization and risk management
