- Strong AI tools experience
- Strong Google Suite experience
- Strong internal database applications experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in an additional language, such as German, is a plus
- Previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
- Working knowledge of EU legal and regulatory environment
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Commitment to rational, fact-based decision-making
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Results-oriented problem solver with broad business view
- Proven track record as a team player
- Ability to influence cross-functional collaborators without direct authority
Aufgaben
- Lead regional scientific governance for claim development
- Ensure robust evidence for product innovations and media campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal teams
- Identify and generate diverse sources of support for claims
- Manage efficacy evidence documentation for regulatory filings
- Support technical justification and scientific advice
- Maintain brand’s scientific integrity against competitors
- Compile evidence systematically for claims knowledge management
- Drive continuous improvement in claims management
