Aufgaben

  • Provide support, training, and guidance to the SE ISR and Operations team.
  • Optimize sales office efficiency.
  • Distribute workload evenly within the sales office.
  • Continuously improve and streamline office practices.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for the SE ISR and Operations team.
  • Review SE team objectives regularly.
  • Meet with SE team members to discuss objectives.
  • Ensure first-class customer service from the sales office.
  • Proactively drive all sales support functions.
  • Align SE ISR and Operations team with EMEA strategy.
  • Ensure SE ISR and Operations team adheres to global corporate procedures.
  • Maintain and update the SE ISR and Operations training manual.
  • Support monthly finance report collection.
  • Conduct SE ISR and Operations team staff reviews.
  • Identify staff concerns and training needs.
  • Manage SE ISR and Operations team performance reviews.
  • Manage the SE regional backlog.
  • Drive trackable business development for customer engagement.
  • Devise, roll out, and monitor SE quarterly sales promotions.
  • Manage full office operations.
  • Handle vendor correspondence.
  • Procure office supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to the DACH ISR and Customer Service team.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for the DACH team.
  • Review DACH team objectives regularly.
  • Meet with DACH team members to discuss objectives.
  • Ensure the DACH team aligns with EMEA strategy.
  • Ensure DACH ISRs adhere to global corporate procedures.
  • Maintain and update the DACH ISR and Customer Service training manual.
  • Conduct DACH team member reviews.
  • Identify team member concerns and training needs.
  • Manage performance reviews for the DACH team.
  • Manage the DACH regional backlog.
  • Devise, roll out, and monitor DACH quarterly sales promotions.
  • Perform ad hoc office management tasks.
  • Support the EMEA Office Manager.
  • Handle vendor correspondence as needed.
  • Manage translation tasks.
  • Procure office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance as needed.
  • Provide reports to the EMEA Regional Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to global corporate training updates.
  • Manage OTD performance for licensed manufacturing orders.
  • Make local pricing decisions aligned with company guidelines.
