- Minimum 3-5 years semiconductor Sales, Field Application or Marketing experience
- Minimum 3-5 years high tech b2b sales experience
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- German language proficiency
- English language proficiency
- Ability to explain complex technical contents convincingly
- Autonomous work ability, setting priorities
- Strategic thinking for distribution partner management
- Strong internal drive for NXP business
- Ability to deal at all levels with distributors, partners, and customers

Aufgaben
- Drive sustainable growth with distribution channel and customers
- Manage a defined sales region and distributor engagements
- Measure performance on demand creation and revenue growth
- Prioritize and drive key distributor engagements via business plans
- Set up and own business plans with distributor offices
- Cooperate with distribution partners on joint activities
- Conduct product trainings and seminars with partners
- Build and manage customer relationships with channel partners
- Interact with decision makers and top management
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Sell the entire NXP portfolio
- Ensure excellent commercial results aligned with NXP goals
- Manage internal resources to meet sales goals
- Deliver above-market growth across assigned responsibilities
- Define focus areas with Regional Sales Manager
- Establish strategic relationships with channel partners
- Support demand creation and technical requests from customers
- Achieve growth targets for POS and DWIN results
