- 8+ years’ experience in collaboration services
- 3–5 years in managed services leadership
- Experience delivering Collaboration services globally
- Experience managing teams and vendors
- Background in SLA-driven service delivery
- Experience in ITIL-based management environments
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 and ITSM
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end Microsoft 365 service delivery
- Meet SLA, KPI, and contract commitments
- Act as primary lead for delivery issues
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and security teams
- Lead service reviews and governance forums
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management
- Manage service onboarding and operational readiness
- Drive service improvement and automation initiatives
- Align client needs with M365 roadmaps
- Manage risks and service improvement backlogs
- Ensure security and regulatory compliance
- Support renewals and cost optimization activities
- Maintain service documentation and delivery reports
- Collaborate on sales and growth opportunities
