- •Senior level B2B sales experience
- •Experience selling to professional services or internal consultancy function
- •Commercial acumen
- •Deep knowledge of sales cycles and stages
- •Passion for and interest in Payments and Fintech
- •Client-relationship building skills
- •Resilience when faced with challenges
- •Ability to execute on ambitious goals/quotas
- •Fluency in German and English to a business level

- •Manage and oversee client sales delivery projects
- •Support senior Visa Commercial Solutions Managers
- •Deliver client workshops and track project progress
- •Escalate issues as needed during project execution
- •Collaborate with colleagues to accelerate B2B business in Central Europe
- •Develop and execute strategy and sales plans for commercial opportunities
- •Align Central Europe strategy with regional and European plans
- •Work with Visa CE Team on 'New Payments Flows' strategies
- •Build and manage commercial relationships with issuers and partners
- •Identify new opportunities for Visa's commercial payment solutions
- •Coordinate and maintain the local key sales pipeline
- •Ensure all opportunities are reported and updated in the CRM system
- •Lead new customer acquisition activities throughout the sales cycle
