Anforderungen

• •Client-facing consulting experience in Business IT or Technology Consulting
• •Progression through consulting roles with experience leading complex projects
• •Deep understanding of payments and financial services
• •Track record of translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• •Strong project delivery expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Commercial and sales-oriented mindset
• •Strong stakeholder management skills at senior executive levels
• •Proven ability to collaborate across business and technology teams
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Experience guiding API-led integration, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• •Practical experience with business intelligence and KPI design
• •Exposure to software asset management and regulated sector engagements
• •Experience in business readiness and change management
• •Familiarity with digital payment innovations and emerging technologies
• •Awareness and/or interest in AI-driven solutions
