Anforderungen
- Fluency in English and German
- 1-3 years proven experience leading outbound sales teams
- Consistent target exceeding as individual contributor and manager
- Enjoyment of coaching and developing reps
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
- Emotional intelligence and ability to lead, motivate, and engage talent
- Analytical problem-solving with data-driven autonomous decisions
- Experience with Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies
Aufgaben
- Build and lead a high-performing team of outbound BDRs
- Develop short and medium-term strategies
- Ensure sales qualified lead conversion and support pipeline growth
- Hire, train, and coach your team
- Motivate and support your team to exceed monthly targets
- Liaise between BDR and AE units
- Collaborate with Enablement to onboard new joiners
- Deliver new training initiatives for the BDR unit
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales operations
- Partner with executive leadership to streamline processes
