- Develop a team of Business Development Executives

- Drive daily performance
- Shape team culture
- Shape team structure
- Shape commercial strategy
- Support in-person events or field activations
- Attend in-person events or field activations
- Set ambitious KPIs aligned to company goals
- Drive daily performance across dials, engagement, conversion, quality
- Listen to team calls
- Coach the team on compliant member experiences
- Build dashboards and performance tracking frameworks
- Run structured test-and-learn initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, KYC, Compliance, Marketing
- Remove team blockers
- Own commercial results
- Lead outbound telephone strategy to maximize conversion
- Ensure performance across all lead types
- Ensure performance in colder segments
- Continuously optimize call structure
- Continuously optimize objection handling
- Continuously optimize upsell approach
- Support field activity to drive brand presence
- Support field activity to drive conversion
- Maintain high QA standards across all calls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
- Partner with KYC to improve onboarding efficiency
- Partner with Compliance to improve onboarding efficiency
- Build clear processes and structured workflows
- Use data to identify performance gaps
- Implement data-driven corrective actions
- Create a culture of accountability and high energy
- Work with Marketing to maximize lead ROI
- Partner with Product to share German SME market insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve member experience
