- Define and develop ergonomic and biomechanical requirement profiles
- Define reproducible test methods for human design factors
- Manage laboratory equipment
- Evaluate early-stage product concepts for ergonomic standards
- Review technical drawings and artworks for ergonomic compliance
- Conduct hands-on product testing with children and parents
- Gather structured feedback for design improvements
- Recruit and engage product test families
- Maintain relationships with product test families
- Conduct technology scouting and market research
- Identify trends in ergonomics, comfort, and safety
- Analyze and synthesize scientific findings for product development
- Lead scientific research projects
- Contribute to publications
- Collaborate with academic or clinical partners
