Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related commercial field
- •3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with proven track record
- •Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers
- •Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles
- •Experience selling into law firms or curiosity and drive to learn quickly
- •Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- •Collaborative mindset
- •Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, structured, and outcome-driven
- •Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English
- •High trust, high urgency, and passion for AI in the legal industry
- •Legal background (law degree or law firm experience)
- •Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms

- •Build and manage relationships with law firm partners and legal leaders
- •Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities
- •Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design tailored demos and AI workflows
- •Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and legal processes
- •Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases
- •Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes
- •Maintain accurate pipeline management and improve forecasting
- •Utilize customer-focused sales methodologies to advance complex deals
- •Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate Libra's ROI
- •Share market insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
- •Contribute to and refine the enterprise sales playbook
