- •Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic systems
- •Strong planning, organizational, and maintenance coordination skills
- •Ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
- •Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and equipment reliability
- •Hands-on experience implementing TPM methodologies
- •Proficiency in CMMS systems or SAP PM
- •Emergency management and root cause analysis skills
- •Experience monitoring and improving maintenance KPIs
- •Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
- •Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive, and accountable
- •Fluency in French and English

- •Develop and update the general maintenance plan
- •Ensure continuous maintenance and repair of installations
- •Prioritize maintenance for critical production machinery
- •Perform failure analyses and implement corrective actions
- •Coordinate internal maintenance with production needs
- •Organize and monitor external service providers
- •Document and control all completed maintenance activities
- •Monitor the development of the machine fleet
- •Oversee technical building installations and safety systems
- •Manage spare parts, consumables, and supplier relationships
- •Optimize the annual maintenance budget
- •Lead and develop a team of ten technicians
- •Implement EHS directives and safety regulations
