Aufgaben
- Champion M365 platform adoption
- Define M365 platform strategy and roadmap
- Establish governance frameworks for SharePoint and Teams
- Enforce external sharing and retention policies
- Monitor platform health and compliance
- Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams
- Drive M365 adoption across services
- Develop adoption campaigns and training programs
- Advise business units on M365 solutions
- Measure adoption success with metrics and feedback
- Build and maintain site templates and provisioning scripts
- Leverage Microsoft Graph API for integration
- Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell and Power Automate
- Produce clear governance documentation and guides
- Lead migrations from on-premises to M365
- Ensure data integrity and security during migrations
- Translate operational needs into platform solutions
- Guide Teams governance and OneDrive policies
- Manage Microsoft 365 Groups lifecycle
