Anforderungen
- •Interest or experience in Strategic Business Development or Client Services/Account Management
- •Ability to build and maintain relationships
- •Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- •Superior written and spoken communication skills in German
- •Good analytical skills for projecting revenues and monitoring budgets
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- •Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- •Ability to commute to Munich office 5 days per week
- •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- •Ability to work well with diverse backgrounds and cultures
- •Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers
- •Ability to work as part of a team
- •Problem-solving skills
- •Commitment to a high level of service
- •Previous Account Management experience beneficial

- •Develop an understanding of TransPerfect’s services and competitive advantages
- •Identify prospective customers and organizations for sales activities
- •Establish new client relationships through cold calling, online outreach, and trade shows
- •Coordinate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
- •Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect’s services
- •Provide customer support and manage client expectations with the Production Management Team
- •Manage pricing and contractual issues by understanding company procedures
- •Learn about each client’s industry and business needs to identify new opportunities
- •Perform special projects or duties as required
