  • Become a subject matter expert on business products and processes
  • Stay updated on industry news
  • Track business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system
  • Coordinate production and technology teams across time zones
  • Generate and manage high-value business deals
  • Track and manage KPIs, providing status reports
  • Deliver executive updates on account progress and risks
  • Attend tradeshows and support marketing efforts
  • Contribute to case studies and social media
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates
  • Assist in building and adhering to overall plans and budgets
  • Manage financial health of client engagements
  • Drive efficiencies across processes, people, and technology
  • Manage stakeholder communication for owned accounts
  • Assist in training and adoption of technologies for teams
  • Propose and implement innovative offerings
