- Manage AOG recovery and troubleshooting
- Perform A-check and P-check packages
- Execute out-of-phase check packages
- Assess and repair structural damage
- Maintain aircraft in airworthy condition
- Work autonomously within a team
- Assist the shift leader and supervisor
- Provide clear communication and reporting
