• •Act as the quality assurance reference for change management processes
• •Deliver software assurance process training to team members
• •Run proactive quality checks during the release development phase
• •Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of practices
• •Help teams integrate quality activities into design and production
• •Support the operations transition manager
• •Develop training materials for quality assurance and control activities
• •Perform detailed root cause analysis
• •Organize and manage development milestones
