- Good communicator, capable of coping with pressure

- Excellent command of English
- Excellent command of German
- Additional languages are an asset
Aufgaben
- Document issuances of structured and securitized products
- Prepare issuance prospectuses, term sheets, and KIDs
- Maintain required documentation in five languages
- Support lifecycle of tailored and non-automated products
- Manage issuance process and listing on SIX Swiss Exchange
- Execute lifecycle events and process corporate actions
- Coordinate with exchange representatives and external stakeholders
- Provide legal and regulatory support for structured products
