Anforderungen
- Completed commercial training and professional experience
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Very good MS Office and Google tools knowledge
- Jira knowledge is an advantage
- Independent and structured working style

Aufgaben
- Oversee general administrative functions
- Assist in-house attorneys with organizational tasks
- Ensure high organizational efficiency
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Manage record keeping
- Coordinate between departments
- Support the legal department organizationally
- Provide administrative support for the legal department
- Prepare project coordination plans with timelines
- Collect stakeholder reports on projects
- Organize daily office routine
- Complete general office tasks
- File documents
- Note and remind of deadlines
- Handle correspondence
- Receive phone, fax, and email requests
- Forward phone, fax, and email requests
- Respond to phone, fax, and email requests
- Respond to Jira ticket requests
- Process incoming emails for the legal department
- Process outgoing emails for the legal department
- Manage documents
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with outside counsel
- Work closely with outside counsel
- Independently forward tasks to outside counsel
- Format contracts
- Format other documents
