Aufgaben

• •Support corporate housekeeping across the group
• •Manage director changes and office updates
• •Maintain structure charts and company data
• •Coordinate with notaries and external advisers
• •Update the Transparency Register
• •Drive intragroup restructuring and corporate projects
• •Process standard commercial agreements and NDAs
• •Manage rental, partner, and contractor agreements
• •Oversee and update Terms & Conditions
• •Maintain contract management templates and workflows
• •Provide practical solutions for operational legal matters
• •Guide teams through legal and compliance processes
• •Prepare concise legal analyses and summaries
• •Manage brand registrations and renewals
• •Support IP strategy for current and future brands
• •Assist with IP-related disputes
• •Support audit and compliance activities
• •Drive internal legal communications and knowledge initiatives
• •Organize corporate records and documentation
