Anforderungen

  • •University degree in law and license as a qualified lawyer
  • •Additional qualifications in international business law are an advantage
  • •Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • •Experience in an international company or renowned law firm
  • •1+ years of experience working with multinational teams
  • •Experience advising senior executives
  • •Initial years of general legal experience
  • •Relevant expertise in supporting GTM functions
  • •Sound knowledge of German and international commercial law
  • •Knowledge of contract law, data protection law, and compliance
  • •Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • •Other language skills are an advantage

  • •Provide legal advice on contract, commercial, and data protection law
  • •Review and negotiate national and international contracts
  • •Assess legal risks and develop strategies to minimize them

  • •Advise on compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • •Conduct internal training on legal topics to raise awareness of risks
  • •Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure a uniform legal strategy
