- Fluent in German and English
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and/or IP licenses
- Familiarity with open source licensing desirable
- Desire to learn software supply chain and cybersecurity regulations
- Passion for open source philosophy
- Excited by championing digital sovereignty
- Willingness to build understanding of open source development lifecycle
- Comfortable navigating GitHub or GitLab environments
- Prior experience in technology or software company desirable
- Desire to understand engineering workflows and compliance impact
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Solid IP and commercial contracting knowledge
