Aufgaben
- Support identification, evaluation, and implementation of digital solutions
- Support digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders
- Support evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI-supported solutions
- Support evaluation of new technologies against organizational requirements
- Assist with user acceptance testing, documentation, and implementation of digital tools
- Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting healthcare and digitalization
- Analyze new legal and regulatory developments and assess their operational impact
- Support review and development of internal policies, SOPs, and governance documentation
- Support development and initial implementation of the Compliance Management System
- Assist in internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Support compliance gap analyses and implementation of remediation actions
- Support establishment and documentation of governance frameworks and compliance processes
- Prepare reports, briefing papers, and management presentations
- Support compliance with GDPR, FADP, and internal confidentiality requirements
- Assist in reviewing processes involving sensitive health and personal data
- Support preparation and documentation of data protection impact assessments
- Support assessment of third-party providers and digital solutions
- Promote best practices regarding confidentiality, data security, and information management
- Support governance activities related to AI-supported solutions and emerging digital technologies
- Support coordination of assigned work packages within projects
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams for project delivery
- Track compliance-related actions, risks, and deliverables
- Support change management and communication activities for organizational transformation
