3-5 years Legal & Regulatory Counsel experience, ideally financial regulation exposure
Project management experience highly desired
Master’s degree in Law or Lizenziat in Law from Swiss University
Admission to Swiss bar preferential
Knowledge of Web 3.0 and DLT strong asset
Experience in international, fast-evolving environment, ideally financial services/fintech/tech

Aufgaben

Act as senior legal expert in Legal & Regulatory team
Take ownership of complex legal and regulatory matters
Collaborate with Head of Legal & Regulatory on strategic projects
Coordinate with regulatory authorities (e.g., FINMA, BaFin)
Handle regulatory authority requests
Provide legal and regulatory advice across business areas
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
Manage and instruct external counsel
Support international expansion with legal guidance
Serve as key legal counterpart for institutional clients
Contribute to business-critical decision-making from legal perspective
Maintain and develop legal and regulatory framework
Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments
Ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders
Support Head of Legal & Regulatory, Executive Board, and Board of Directors
