- Identify and close productivity gaps
- Govern productivity process
- Develop annual IL6S roadmap and Hoshin Kanri
- Conduct regular gap-analysis and action plans
- Engage employees in change process
- Own and manage loss analysis and elimination
- Support IL6S Zero Loss Journey
- Develop and execute Global Efficiency roadmap
- Partner with Center of Excellence functions
- Collaborate with regional/global IL6S network
- Coach sister sites' IL6S teams
- Build capability and drive loss understanding
- Initiate and support training programs
- Conduct IL6S training sessions
- Mentor IL6S engineers
- Coach site pillars
- Lead Kaizen, FMEA, and Kubetsu Kaizen workshops
- Maintain IL6S matrix
- Develop IL6S engineering skills
- Spend 25% of time on shop floor
- Lead benchmarking and best practice sharing
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding
- Perform performance reviews
- Meet QA and HSE requirements
- Ensure ethical and legal compliance
- Model compliant behavior
- Educate employees on compliance responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as required
