Anforderungen

• Desire for career acceleration
• Relevant work experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, or forecasting
• Strong working experience with SAP and Excel
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (SAP) systems experience
• Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• Create process orders
• Manage and execute bulk/raw material orders
• Maintain floor and system inventory accuracy
• Ensure uninterrupted material supply for manufacturing
• Prevent waste in material management
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with stakeholders for material supply
• Adhere to material supply standards and procedures
• Report production, vendor, or shipping issues proactively
• Engage suppliers and teams to prevent business impact
• Adjust production and delivery schedules as needed
• Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems
• Define and maintain MRP system parameters
• Manage material call-off processes
• Set up new product supply chains with BD
• Monitor vendor schedule conformance
• Develop SAP planning system expertise
• Manage raw, packing, and finished product inventory
• Achieve inventory KPI targets
• Participate in Plant DMS for operational excellence
• Support IBP preparation and dashboard completion
• Adhere to manufacturing compliance and governance standards
• Adopt IL6S and standard work processes
• Own site-level Pillar systems and processes
• Participate in Supply Network (SN) pillar activities
• Lead projects for supply chain loss analysis
• Lead projects for supply chain loss elimination
• Develop Supply Network capabilities for value creation
• Eliminate losses through Supply Network improvements
