- Proficiency in using associated processes, methods, and tools
- Proven experience in technical leadership of projects
- Enjoyment of working with many interfaces, adapting communication
- Creative data-driven mindset, motivated to improve work processes
- Capabilities to interpret environmental context and influence decisions
- Fluency in English
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Aufgaben
- Lead static evaluations of fuselage structures
- Plan and analyze structural tests
- Collaborate on airworthiness compliance
- Investigate and validate structural failures
- Define technical scopes and lead times
- Present technical findings to stakeholders
- Improve internal analysis tools and methods
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliverables
- Guide colleagues through complex tasks
