Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years aviation/aerospace industry experience
- Knowledge of commercial aircraft interiors
- Working knowledge of EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements
- Ability to work on multiple Programmes efficiently and effectively
- Recognized aeronautical or engineering degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Lead technical teams in designing and certifying aircraft modifications
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned modification projects
- Provide technical support to Project Managers on modification projects
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, MROs, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to develop engineering solutions that meet customer expectations
- Offer independent advice to ensure safe, compliant, and practical solutions across all modification projects
- Identify key technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support ITCM, PDR, and CDR project meetings
- Chair technical review meetings
- Report on project health status
- Manage project technical risks, issues, and opportunities
- Assist functional engineering managers with resource planning and assignment
