In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through the technical aspects of the conversational AI platform, collaborating closely with sales teams, and ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include running discovery sessions, leading technical evaluations, and representing customer insights in product discussions.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role
• •Strong technical depth spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture
• •Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles
• •Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Fluency in the local language of the market plus English
• •Structured, calm approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations
• •Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony
• •Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce
• •Understanding of GDPR and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001
