Anforderungen

• •University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• •Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets
• •Proven leadership capabilities and advanced stakeholder management skills
• •Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives
• •Experience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures
• •Self-directed professional with proven ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines
• •Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• •Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
