- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives
- Experience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures
- Self-directed professional with proven ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Aufgaben
- Execute end-to-end product launch management
- Lead complex fund restructurings
- Collaborate with structuring, sales, and operational teams
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify and resolve critical issues independently
- Deliver robust solutions for product portfolio challenges
- Optimize processes for operational efficiency and scalability
- Support sales teams in finding client solutions
- Mentor less experienced Product Managers
- Conduct targeted education sessions for the team
- Own innovation initiatives in product development
- Lead relevant team and business unit projects
