Aufgaben
- Design and build AI agents and experiences
- Own complex technical components end-to-end
- Choose and validate architecture for AI solutions
- Develop agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, and tool calls
- Integrate AI solutions with customer systems
- Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting
- Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployment
- Co-build with customers and partners
- Share best practices and enable customer teams
- Surface platform gaps and edge cases to product teams
- Mentor junior engineers
- Translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions
- Partner with Deployment Strategist to deliver solutions
