- Familiarity with Incoterms and OTIF‑related processes

- Ability to build partnerships and drive continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop Customer Care Specialists
- Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture
- Optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
- Manage order intake and exception handling
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
- Strengthen partnerships with Sales and Supply Chain
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams
- Apply standardized processes across EMEA markets
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Drive operational stability using data insights
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Uphold SHE guidelines and safety standards
- Manage process risks and compliance practices
