Anforderungen
- •Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field
- •3–5 years experience in customer service or order management
- •Experience leading or supervising teams
- •People‑first, inclusive, and coaching‑oriented mindset
- •Strong knowledge of SAP (SD module) and Microsoft applications
- •Familiarity with Incoterms and OTIF‑related processes
- •Excellent communication in English and German
- •Proficiency in at least one additional language
- •Solution‑oriented, accurate, and customer‑focused working style
- •Ability to build partnerships and drive continuous improvement
