- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years experience in EPC, construction, or large industrial projects as Design Engineer
- Proven project management capabilities; PM certifications advantageous
- Strong knowledge of international civil engineering design and construction codes and standards
- Experience with structural design software and 3D BIM tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Assertive and decisive personality
- Experience working in remote and multicultural teams
- Fluent English
- French or German fluency is a plus
- Additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead civil engineering scope for Waste-to-X projects
- Coordinate civil design interfaces with partners, subcontractors, teams, clients, and authorities
- Manage design activities for civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, and infrastructure packages
- Ensure smooth collaboration between civil engineering disciplines and stakeholders
- Support preparation of civil procurement packages
- Assist in contractor negotiations
- Respond to technical queries during procurement and project execution
- Report project progress to project management and operations teams
- Support claim management activities
