- Advise on employee mobility
- Advise on works council and union matters
- Manage employment agreements and documents
- Handle employment litigations and disputes with external counsel
- Lead and support multi-jurisdictional projects
- Lead training on employment law topics
- Develop knowledge resources for internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improved processes and playbooks
- Update and draft internal policies
- Develop expertise in new markets
- Maintain expertise in evolving global employment law
- Create and update HR policies and procedures
