Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end Total Rewards strategy
- Define compensation philosophy and frameworks
- Align compensation with growth and product roadmaps
- Lead benchmarking, leveling, and salary banding
- Design job architecture and pay structures
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Plan and execute annual merit and promotion cycles
- Steer calibration and governance with leadership
- Refine STI and LTI variable pay concepts
- Develop incentives and recognition programs
- Assess, design, and negotiate benefits portfolios
- Manage benefit vendors and service level agreements
- Build reward dashboards for leaders and employees
- Monitor pay equity and budget impact
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance
- Prepare documentation and audits
- Partner with the works council on co-determination
- Create playbooks and manager guides
- Develop simple and fair reward communications
