Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a sales team for the Latin American market
- Drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Customer Care teams
- Develop strong relationships with high-value retail clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client acquisition pipeline
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Foster a positive work atmosphere and team motivation
- Promote collaboration, trust, and team cohesion
- Address team conflicts with senior management and HR
- Support employee growth through training and mentorship
- Lead the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition Partner
- Introduce new hires to the team and organization
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
- Manage underperformance with senior management and HR
